Seven centres, read honestly

Most chakra writing is either medical-sounding nonsense or a list of adjectives. This is a reference: what each centre actually governs, how a block shows up in an ordinary week, and what to do that is not simply “meditate more”.

Start where the trouble is

The system is read from the bottom up for a reason: perception and meaning are hard to hold when safety and will are unstable. If several of these describe you, start with the lowest one.

What a block actually looks like

Not auras and tingling. A blocked root is checking your bank balance for the fourth time today. A blocked throat is the conversation you rehearsed in the shower and never had. The system is useful precisely when it is described in things you can notice.
